The online appointment booking system is for routine appointments only, up to 2 weeks in advance.
We are NOT able to offer this service for urgent same day appointments, 8 week baby checks, travel or wound care.
Do not book a GP appointment if you have a fever (over 37.8 degrees) or new cough suspected of Covid-19. Stay at home, contact NHS 111 and avoid close contact with other people for at least 7 days - people you live with will need to self-isolate for 10 days.

HOW TO REGISTER
Step 1: You will need to obtain a registration letter from the practice that has your PIN, Practice ID, Access ID & NHS number which you will need to activate the service. This is a document that allows you to register for the online appointments service. You need to contact the practice in person with photographic ID (due to confidentiality, we only give these out in person). The online appointment booking service is available to all patients over the age of 13.
Step 2: Once you have your letter, go to https://patientaccess.com/ to register.

Please Note:
If you do not attend (DNA) two appointments or more that you have booked online, without cancellation or justifiable reason, the practice may revoke your ability to use online booking facilities without compromise to avoid abuse of the system, safeguard appointments and reduce NHS wastage.
