Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and under NHS England guidance, all GP appointments will move to a triage-first and telephone-first model of consultation to protect staff, patients and the wider public.
To book a telephone consultation with a GP or nurse, please call the surgery on 020 8682 0352.
The Surgery is open. But, please DO NOT come in to the practice solely to book an appointment. If you do, you will be asked to return home and phone us.
Government guidelines, infection control and staff and patient safety is of paramount importance and will not be compromised.

- You will be given a strict appointment time, according to service pressures and the urgency of the medical reason. Please be understanding and take into consideration that the practice cares for approximately 2,500 individuals.
- Please call the practice at your allocated slot time. If you fail to do so, this will be marked as a DNA (did not attend). If your clinicians are over-running, due to complex issues with previous patients, reception will advise you of this.
- After your consultation, medication can be issued direct to a local pharmacy, whilst tests and referrals can be swiftly organised remotely. If the GP deems that a face-to-face appointment is required, they will make their professional decision to do so and will organise this at an appropriate time.
- PLEASE NOTE: From 2020 NHS Wandsworth offers patients two local GP Access sites at Clapham Junction (formerly the walk-in centre) and Balham (Balham Health Centre). Appointment slots are available from 08:00-20:00 and are accessible by all local surgeries. The surgery may organise for a clinician to contact you from these sites, with access to your clinical notes for continuity, where this is appropriate.
