UK General Practice operates new procedures.
GP appointments are a hybrid-model of Triage, Telephone and Face-to-Face consultation. You will encounter this with NHS hospitals also.
To make an initial appointment:
- FIRST - please consider if a pharmacist or NHS 111 online is best for a minor ailment.
- Self-refer to NHS services: Pharmacy First, psychology, physiotherapy, sexual medicine and minor eye conditions.
- Non-urgent medical queries: you may complete an online form
- Administration queries: you may complete an online form
- Otherwise, please contact the surgery on 020 8682 0352.
- For initial Telephone appointments, you will be offered a specific time and date. Please call in at this dedicated time. We work uniquely to most surgeries, to give you certainty and to plan your day.
GP HUBS (update January 2026)
Wandsworth GP surgeries are integrated into 3 GP Access Hubs located at Queen Mary (Roehampton), Junction Health Centre (Clapham) and Tudor Lodge to increase NHS capacity. We will help you to book into a GP Hub slot if available, dependant on service pressures.
