Under NHS England and Royal College of General Practitioner guidance, NHS GP appointments are a hybrid combination of online triage, telephone and face to face consultation.
This has protected patients, improved access and convenience across our population.

Please first consider NHS 111 and pharmacists for medical advice and self-referral pathways.

1. For non-urgent medical and administrative queries you may fill in an online Accurx form
2. If you think you need to speak with a nurse or doctor more urgently, please call the surgery on 020 8682 0352
3. Initial telephone appointments will include a specific time and date, to give you certainty and the ability to plan your day. 
4. Please call into the practice at your allocated slot time.
5. Failure to do so will be marked as a DNA (did not attend).
6. A face-to-face appointment may be organised directly following an online form submission, via telephone with care co-ordinators or subsequent to an initial telephone appointment.
