The Covid-19 pandemic has changed NHS healthcare delivery.
You will encounter this in a hospital setting also. Under NHS England and Royal College of General Practitioner guidance, NHS GP appointments are a hybrid combination of telephone and face to face consultation.
This has protected patients, improved access and convenience across our population.
Please first consider NHS 111 and pharmacists for medical advice.
If you think you need to speak with a nurse or doctor, please then call the surgery on 020 8682 0352
- Senior care co-ordinators will ask the appointment reason to offer you the best initial advice
- You will be given an appointment date and time - please understand waiting times are inevitable in London and the NHS.
- Please call into the practice at your allocated slot time.
- Failure to do so will be marked as a DNA (did not attend).
- During your initial telephone consultation, initial diagnoses, tests and referral will be swiftly considered. Medication can be issued direct to a local pharmacy. A face-to-face appointment may be organised thereafter if clinically appropriate.
