Wandsworth residents should now use local opticians and the Primary Eyecare Service of Wandsworth for minor eye conditions. It is by self-referral the FREE NHS service for people of all ages.

CONDITIONS include: red eye or eyelids, dry eye, sticky/watery/gritty/uncomfortable eye, flashes or floaters, recent and sudden loss of vision

This service is NOT for sight tests.

How do I book an appointment?
To make an appointment, find a local optician and then directly call them. Following assessment, if your condition is more serious, the optometrist will book you an urgent appointment at a hospital eye clinic.
