NHS Wandsworth GetUBetter MSK app is now available to all patients. It covers any joint condition such as back pain or knee pain and can be accessed on a Smartphone or via the Web. You will get step-by-step guidance, exercises and you can be referred to physiotherapy and other services through it.
How do I download and use getUBetter?
1. Follow this link: GetUBetter app
2. With the same email, create a simple account on the app
3. Follow the app instructions, get your recovery plan and get better - refer to physiotherapy at the end if needed!
