The Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) sends electronic prescriptions from GP surgeries to pharmacists. You must order repeat medicine with good notice and allow 48 hours until collection. Most adults must pay for prescriptions.

For a REPEAT PRESCRIPTION (one that you take regularly and listed on your records), the easiest way to order this is:
- via the local nominated pharmacy (Nettles, Trinity, Day Lewis or Tooting Pharmacy)
- via your NHS login.

We may take repeat prescriptions over the telephone to help you. If you can help us, please order your repeat medication in time and contact us before 1pm. They will be ready in 48 hours from the pharmacy, subject to their own ordering and stock delivery status.
